Land Rover Buzz Builds Around LA Auto Show

"An international auto show is a major event in and of itself, prime territory for car makers to draw worldwide attention to their newest vehicles and talk up their corporate strategies. These days, the international auto show has become just the beginning of the discussions, and definitely not the end all and be all," says Stuart Schorr, Vice President, Communications & Public Affairs for Land Rover North America.
At this year's 2010 Los Angeles International Automobile Show, Land Rover will be busy promoting its newest designs before, during and after the show at the LA Convention Center. The anchor of all this action is a Land Rover press conference at the LA Auto Show scheduled for Wednesday morning, November 17th, featuring a global debut from Range Rover.
The LA activities kick-off with major advertising billboards from Land Rover all over town, starting from the moment you arrive in LA at Los Angeles International Airport. Once in town, Land Rover is taking over The W Hollywood for a Land Rover retailer meeting centered on the exciting new Range Rover Evoque. Drive by The W Hollywood and you will see a Range Rover Evoque Wireframe. Trust us, it's pretty unbelievable. That’s one, but there are four other wireframes floating around LA. The second one was displayed at The Colony in Hollywood last Friday night. Party goers at The Colony nightclub in West Hollywood got a taste of some automobiles with sex appeal to match the club scene. The Range Rover Evoque Wireframe appeared there on Friday night.
Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Burbank, Santa Monica, and even Orange County. Keep your eyes open locally and globally before and after the LA Auto Show and you might see something you will have never seen before.
