Absolutely Fantastic, the Most Pleasurable Dealership Experience Ever
Our 2008 Land Rover LR2 experienced mechanical difficulties over the weekend, a call to Land Rover's Roadside Assist resulted in our vehicle being towed to Land Rover Monmouth for repairs. On Monday morning, BEFORE I had even contacted the folks at Land Rover Monmouth, they were already working on the problem.
When I spoke to their service advisor he had everything well in hand, it was barely 10AM on a Monday! Their technicians had already diagnosed our problem as a faulty alternator. They had begun to make the necessary repairs. I was advised that my vehicle would be ready for pick-up by 3PM. I was amazed at the incredible service, simply amazed. They also told me that I had some warrantied items requiring attention. Not only did they inform me of these things and that they were fully covered, but they were handling them as well. Wow, now this IS service! I can't say enough about how well we were treated. What a great experience we had with Land Rover Monmouth.
The service was absolutely fantastic. It was by far the most pleasurable dealership experience that I have ever had in my life. They anticipated my needs and took action. With service like this I will be a Land Rover owner for life. I wouldn't hesitate to buy or service my vehicle at Land Rover Monmouth, everyone there is just great!
