The staff at this dealership has complete commitment to customer service and it begins at the top with their Centre Manager and continues on down the management chain to the General Sales Manager, their Master Technicians, Parts Manager and Service Manager. Their personal commitment to excellence is carried over to the entire staff at Land Rover Monmouth.
From a service viewpoint, the assistance I receive has always been top-notch. My service advisor is always mindful of my needs as a customer and always goes that extra mile to see that all my needs are taken into consideration when I bring my vehicle in for servicing. The same infectious desire to help the customer is also noted in the way the assistant techs and the folks who bus the vehicles relate to me as a customer. One such person, a kid not more than eighteen, remembered my name after only meeting me for a few minutes three months before! Even the lady who answers the main telephone line of Land Rover Monmouth is aces.
Land Rover Monmouth is a fine example of a dealership which truly goes that extra mile to promote and epitomize the Land Rover philosophy. I applaud their efforts.
