This past week's Bradley Beach LobsterFest sponsored by Land Rover Monmouth saw over 10,000 visitors pack the waterfront of this extremely popular summer beach resort. This year LobsterFest had more music, more food and more vendors, with a great new central beachside location at the Bradley Beach Fifth Avenue Beach Front Pavilion.
Food vendors included Lusty Lobster, Jakes Crab Cakes, Mr. Shrimp, D&L BBQ, The Windmill, Ragin' Cajun, Cerrato's, Giamano's, 10th Ave Burrito, Irene's Cuisine, Branches Catering, UVA, Roasted Corn, Spiral Cut Potatoes and Il Pavone Gelateria.
The live music all day, and which went well into the evening too, was sponsored by the good folks at Land Rover Monmouth, a member of the Schneider-Nelson family of fine dealerships. Kicking off the music were The Jazz Lobsters, followed by Soul Projects, the Blackberry Blues Band, and the Kickback Band. And, the irrespressible 'Bubbles the Clown' was present and entertained the kiddies too.
Not only did festival-goers enjoy some of the freshest seafood and crustaceans available, but they were also treated to a display of the full 2010 model-year line-up of 'the finest 4x4's on earth' courtesy of Land Rover Monmouth, one of the festival's primary sponsors.
LobsterFest attendees had the chance to take a closer look at the 2010 Range Rover, as well as Land Rover's Range Rover Sport, the Land Rover LR4 and the Land Rover LR2, all while enjoying the day's festivities in a wonderful airy and fun beachside setting. Representatives from LRM were on-hand to answer any questions visitors may have had about any of Land Rover's iconic line of luxury off-road vehicles.
Plus, there was shopping by the sea too. From fashion accessories, leather goods, handbags and sunglasses to hand-made jewelry, doll accessories, wildlife collectables, shark tooth jewelry, there was a variety of crafters present with something for virtually everyone.
All in all, a great time was had by all at LobsterFest 2010.
