2011 Annual Spring Service Clinic
a Great Success

That's right, it must be the first days of spring because Land Rover Monmouth just finished another extremely successful and very well-attended 2011 Annual Spring Client Service Clinic at its dedicated Land Rover Centre in Ocean, NJ. "The flow of customers coming in, from morning until late into the afternoon, was consistent. Everyone seemed to be having a great time," said Centre Manager, Rich Williams.
And, judging from the numbers, which far exceeded those of previous years, Land Rover enthusiasts were out in full-force and ready for the coming of the spring driving season. Nearly 75 clients enjoyed the benefit of this very popular annual event. As LRM's own Service Manager, Larry D. Campbell put it, "We at Land Rover Monmouth are extremely pleased to be able to offer our clients this valuable benefit with our compliments. It's become so popular that we were actually oversubscribed a full two-weeks out!"
"The clinic is a really great opportunity for all of Land Rover Monmouth's staff to visit with our clients, we just love it," said Cliff Neubart, the Centre's General Sales Manager. "It's also a nice chance for folks to look at the latest in the Range Rover and Land Rover model lines and ask questions of our Sales Guides."
John Raquet, Centre Parts Manager, speaking by telephone from an 'on-road' trip to Rhode Island, said "Yeah, this type of event is just great. Our clients get to see all the new Range Rover and Land Rover Kit that's available and, naturally, for the day, since it's a special 'THANK YOU' to our clients, we like to offer a special discount on select OEM parts and Land Rover gear." Land Rover Monmouth offered clients attending the service clinic 15% off wiper blades and provided free installation as well.
"I'm very pleased at the turn-out for this event. The day could not have been better. I take pride in knowing that all of our staff are professionals and consumate hosts who put the client's needs above all else. It's what people have come to know and expect of us. I like to think of it as the signature 'Land Rover Monmouth Experience' if you will," commented Joseph V. Kuca, Centre Public Affairs Director. "I'm eager to see the pictures from this event. We had a professional photographer onsite capturing images of the day. We'll post the pictures in a gallery online shortly for all to enjoy," continued Kuca.
Land Rover Monmouth offered all clinic participants free oil & filter service, free Land Rover multi-point inspections as well as complimentary car washes. It's springtime and so, time to shake-off winter and get prepared to enjoy the good weather and start thinking about road trips. So, a great many individuals took full advantage of this opportunity to have their vehicles inspected during the free Service Clinic.
All guests attending the clinic received a free gift bag containing a variety of fun Land Rover Monmouth logo-items, plus an in-vehicle emergency kit and valuable discount coupons, all, of course, with the compliments of Land Rover Monmouth. Refreshments and a children's entertainment area were also available during this wonderful, family-friendly event. Balloons and coloring books with crayons were available for all the kiddies, members of LRM's own Junior Land Rover Enthusiasts Club.
