OCEAN, New Jersey, March 22, 2010 - Over 75 Land Rover owners and enthusiasts attended Land Rover Monmouth's Annual Spring Service Clinic held at the Land Rover Centre located in Ocean, NJ. "We're extremely pleased with the turnout," commented newly appointed Centre Service Manager Larry Campbell.
With temps hovering in the 70's Saturday's event drew record numbers. "All ten service bays were being fully utilized as owners enjoyed the benefits of a free comprehensive multi-point Land Rover inspection as well as free oil & filter service along with complimentary car washes," continued Campbell.
Traditionally a well-attended event, this year's clinic seems to have really brought out the crowds. Attendees enjoyed sandwiches and light refreshments in the showroom area while they awaited their vehicles. Many enthusiasts used the opportunity to learn more about the new 2010 models, from Land Rover's new Range Rover Supercharged with its incredible 510 horsepower engine to the new, and very well-received, LR4.
"Everyone seems to be having a really good time," said Richard F. Williams, Centre Manager. "It's nice to see how much our staff and clients enjoy one another's company. Everyone is having a good time revisiting with old and new clients while many of our customers seem to be taking the opportunity to socialize and re-acquaint themselves with one another discussing past off-roading adventures and speaking of those yet to come."
"The event was a great success," concluded Williams. "Keeping our customers' vehicles in top running condition is our goal here, but these clinics do a lot more, they provide an opportunity for Land Rover owners to get together and revel in the joy of Land Rover ownership."
