Land Rover Monmouth Announces Monmouth County Horse Show Sponsorship Again for 2011

By JOSEPH V. KUCA
OCEAN, NJ, August 3, 2011 - Richard F. Williams, Centre Manager of Land Rover Monmouth, announced today that this dedicated and exclusive Land Rover Centre serving Monmouth & Ocean counties for the past 30 years, had just concluded negotiations and finalized a deal to again be one of the sponsors of this year's Monmouth County Horse Show. LRM was a sponsor last year for the MCHSA in 2010.
"Partnering with and supporting the efforts of the Monmouth County Horse Show is a good fit for us at Land Rover Monmouth," said Williams. "They are, first and foremost, a long established local equestrian group striving to keep fine horsemanship and fine equine competitions alive here in the county. And we, at Land Rover Monmouth, believe in partnering with good folks who add to the life and depth of our local communities. After all, it's been said that of all the counties in New Jersey, our Centre's home county of Monmouth has more thoroughbred horses per capita than any other. In fact, statistically, I believe that I even read somewhere that New Jersey has more thoroughbreds per capita than that of the state of Kentucky. So, it was just a natural fit for us. We're pleased and honored to be able to work closely with the local equestrian community here in Monmouth county, " concluded Williams.
The Monmouth County Horse Show, one of the oldest AA rated shows in the country, will be held over five days, from August 17-21, 2011, at the East Freehold Showgrounds in Freehold, NJ and Land Rover Monmouth has happily agreed to sponsorship of MCHSA's efforts.
Monmouth County Horse Show Association has had one of the longest running horse shows in the United States. For the past 116 years the AA rated horse show has been run in Monmouth County and most recently, held at the East Freehold Showgrounds in Freehold, NJ, in August.
